At Pharmakin, great importance is placed on an up-to-date study performance in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) principles. Our expert staff is considerate to provide cost-effective solutions for our customers’ projects.
Analytical methods are either adapted or newly developed to meet current national and international validation requirements when our customers request either stand-alone analytical services or sample analysis as an integral part of a commissioned clinical study project. For the determination of drugs and metabolites in biological matrices Pharmakin offers different analytical techniques including
- LC-MS/MS (ESI interfaces)
- GC-MS (EI, PCI and NCI detection)
- HPLC (UV and fluorescence detection)
Moreover, HPIC with conductivity and pulsed amperometric detection and MALDI-TOF-MS are established as specialised techniques. They can be made available for environmental analysis (e.g. trace analysis of various types of hydrocarbons or inorganic anions) or protein/peptide/oligonucleotide analysis after consulting with our customers and applying our methodological know-how to meet their project requirements.
A comprehensive list of all currently available analytical methods can be downloaded as pdf-file. Please note that new methods are continuously developed and the list is updated regularly. Should you search for a specific drug substance that is not contained in the list, please contact us. We will then provide a tailor-made offer to you to meet your needs.
